I built my own Windows Pc a few months back for random stuff:p.
CPU: AMD athlon 370K 4.5GHz
MOBO: Gigabyte FM2+ socket Moddle # F2A55M-HD2
GPU: Sapphire Radeon HD5450 1GB
RAM: 8GB DDR3 1600MHz
HDD: 1x500GB 7200RPM Barracuda
2x320GB 7200RPM WD Blue
PSU: 500W Turbolink ATX 2.03

Well it all works fine with browsing and playing LOL and such but I wanted to play BF4, Dayz, H1Z1, Minecraft (With more stable FPS:D), Etc. So I order a 860K and a GTX 750 ti. I am pretty good and the whole computer building thing so I installed the GTX 750 ti but when I turn on my Pc with it installed it is fine for about 10-15 seconds getting as far as the splash screen for the BIOS before the out put from the Graphics card freezes. Ik the computer is still working because it still boots and the tone for windows plays after a wile and I can even log in with screen still frozen on the splash screen (I know I logged in because my Pc has a password and when I put it in and wait a few seconds the sound of skype starting up plays over the speakers).

I have already checked all my hard wear. When I put the old graphics card in it boots up like nothing has changed with no problems at all. Is the GPU faulty or something I can't really tell with my limited expense.

I have tried re-installing the card at lest 50 times and starting and restarting the computer trying to see if I would get lucky twice as much. Please help meeeee :(

Apevia power supply most likely then.

It's not an actual 500w power supply, and it's made like a tin can.

Can you test with another power supply?

Before putting in the new card did you uninstall all old gpu drivers?

If it is a 750 ti that needs additional pcie power plugs, did you plug them in?

Do you have the monitor set to the video cards cable type? HDMI, dvi, etc etc?

Then put back the old card, go into windows uninstall the drivers.

Turn off, install the card. Install the drivers.
