Asus z97-A rarely boots with Device_Boot LED on red, other time no boot with CPU_LED on red. No idea what's going on, help!

First of here is my parts list.

CPU: 4670k
GPU: 2x MSI GTX 970 Gaming 4G (SLI)
Mobo: Asus Z97-A
RAM: G.Skill Ripjaws X Series F3-2133C9D-16GXH 1.6V
CPU Cooler: Hyper 212 EVO
PSU: EVGA Supernova G2 750 80+ Gold
Case: Corsair 300R
SSD: 2x250GB Evo 850, 1x850 Pro
Case Fans: 5x Noctua NF-P14
Monitor: BenQ GW2765HT 27'' 2560x1440 (connected via display port which arrears to be having his own issues)
OS: Win8.1 installed on the 850 Pro

I have just built this PC 2 weeks ago and honestly been nothign but trouble shoting from one thing to the next. First had a faulty SLI Bridge that came with the Mobo, then still having the issue with display port and monitor having "No Signal Detected" if I turn the monitor off with the power button which still hasn't been fixed, also high CPU temps and now this boot issue which the post is about. So this started shortly after I build the rig and first time it turned on fine and I was happy then 3 days ago I shut the PC down and couldn't turn it back on no matter what I did. I would press the power button and the system would boot up for POST and all the fans would spin at max speed but no signal is being sent to the keyboard/mouse/screen/speakers. While all of this is happening and my system not booting up the CPU_LED light is glowing red. So I keep attempting to restart the system and after about 10 attempts of powering it on and off disconnecting the system from the wall socket it finally turns on and this is the screen I see (See the Imgur Link Below). 1st thing I notice is this time the CPU_LED is not red, infant it is a completely different LED the BOOT_DEVICE LED that is glowing now and it continues to glow until I press the F1 key to run setup and then reset everything to base settings of the GPU. Also every time this happens the X.M.P. ends up getting disabled and my 2133 gets down clocked to 1333 as seen in the image by the system bios so I have to manually reset it into Profile #2 again.

This issue occurs every time I attempt to boot the computer unless I selects restart from the windows OS itself in which case the system turns on and off on its own with no issues. So every time I have to keep unplugging and re plugging the wall socket so I can get that "American Megatrends" screen (the image) and then I can boot the system up. This usually takes 10-15 attempts. I have trouble shooted everything I can think of and searched everywhere and seems like no one really has a solution to this issue, even though it seems to come up often.

Here is what I have already done but the issue still persists:
-Updated bios to latest 2205
-Took out CMOS Battery for 1 hour
-Checked all the cables
-tested and even changed PSU
-Replaced the actual CPU and put in a new i5-4670K which I got from frys today
-Ran system with 1 stick of ram
-Ran with completely different Ram (8GB 1600 I got from a friend)
-Turned off Overclocking by switching the system from Performance mode (3.8GHz in the ASUS utility AI thing) to the Normal mode (3.4GHz in the Asus Utility AI thing)
-Tested connected and disconnected each individual SSD
-Tested GPU's individually

Literally the only thing I haven't tested is the Mobo, which I will say has been RMA'd already few months ago because it stopped reading 1 of the memory slots. I'm trying to avoid the whole 3 week wait thing again so asking is there another fixes you guys know of? Or is swapping RMA'ing the Mobo my only option at this point...I hope not. Because I will not have a working PC for 3 weeks them which is near suicide state for me since I need my computer for work and school. Please Help who ever knows anything. Thanks.

HERE IS THE IMAGE of the thing that comes up when the system is lucky to start: http://i.imgur.com/zLRhErG.jpg

I suggest taking the board outside the case, removing the CPU and checking the socket, if any bent pins (you can post a picture of the socket here).
If pins ok, board still outside, install the CPU, stock Intel CPU fan, single RAM module and test with monitor connected to the onboard.

Ram Hit the CPU: NO
Bent CPU Pins: NO
I don't have a internal speaker, how/where do I get one? Fry's electronics again?

Once you reply I will check the SSD loading thing right now, will reply once the system boots up (i'll use my iphone to reply for now).

Bent CPU Pins: NO
I did that when testing for the parts and the same issue was happening, then assembled it back together already.

Unavailable in store. Will have to purchase and wait for order...='(

I might be able to purchase it online and then return in store (not sure if they return the shipping cost) once done using it but don't want to be a douche.

Alright Update Time: So I disconnected the SSD with the OS and booted the system after 8 attempts the LED_CPU stopped glowing and I got through to the page I had in the image and then pressed F1 to get to the BIOS. So the BIOS does boot up. Here is on speaker I found on amazon and can be at my house on Tuesday, is this one any good based on your opinion? I have prime so it's kind of efficient.

Also any idea why my the overclock/base clock and the RAM speed gets reset every time I have to try to turn on the system as the image show the 2133 turns into 1333?

The speaker should do the job.

Maybe you need a new cmos battery. You should be able to get one of those on ebay or amazon too.

I'm hoping its just eg dirty ram slot. But it could be eg motherboard.

Is there another PC that you can try things on? eg do a Diskcheck of your OS drive, See if your GPU works OK.

Also - remove the cmos battery, wait 10mins and put it back. Maybe a cmos reset will help.

Hmm, did not think for the cmos battery, might as well get one too. Any certain types for my motherboard, or any restrictions I should be aware of? Also it seems there is no beeps for CMOS battery.

All the ram slots work fine after I sent the MOBO for RMA few months ago (Mobo from my friends working computer and it was fine since its only 4 months old and he just bought a eATX and let me buy his for cheap). It would just suck if I have to send it again since I'll be disconnected from the world for like 3 weeks while ASUS takes their damn sweet as time.

Already did the Diskcheck and the GPU's when trouble shooting my high temps last week. They both work fine and over clock to 1550 with no issues. My Monitor though not so much as that issue still needs to be solved (but its fine for now as long as I don't manually turn the monitor off (I'll probably return it for another one), I just think everything should work fine since all my parts cost a fuck ton and they don't ='()

Awesome thanks. Hopefully with these 2 purchases I can fix the issue *Fingers Crossed* Thanks. Once I get the part I'll test and then update.

UPDATE TIME:

So I just installed the internal speaker and here are the results. When the CPU_LED is red during which all the fans are spinning but no signal is sent to the display/mouse/keyboard I head no beep or anything at all. BUT after many resets (as I currently do) and I get tot he page of the image I hear 1 beep as the "Overclocking failed press F1" Page appears. That is the only thing I hear. What does this mean? Since I know the computer needs 1 beep when indicating a successful POST (or am I supposed to be hearing multiple beeps?) but that is all I get when it does boot to the page that I have a image of, but the times it doesn't boot there is no signal. Does this mean my mobo is bad? Now I'm just stuck.

So then for AMI bios if everything is working fine I shouldn't hear anything during boot then correct? Or is 1 long that confirms that everything has passed?
