how do i update bios with Pentium G3258???

ok i just bought a motherboard which is coming in soon , but it says you have to update it for it to run the Pentium G3258 CPU ? im pretty worried because i have that cpu but when i put the cpu in the motherboard will it still work to atleast let me go into bios so i can install the update of a USB?
or would i have to bring my mates i5 cpu to function it on to just go into bios and run the update

What motherboard did you buy?

And you might get lucky that the board shipped with the latest BIOS and you don't actually have anything to worry about.

Only way to find out is to get the motherboard first, install the G3258, and see if it works.

If it doesn't boot you'll need a CPU that is supported by the BIOS in order to flash the BIOS.
