My desktop keyboard is not working properly

why when i click some keys like backspace , it result right bracket while the right bracket shutdown my desktop but all is fine and i tried the other keyboard and working properly. what is happening ?. Help me pls

It's a faulty keyboard if the problem doesn't arise with a different one. Just scrap the keyboard and buy a replacement.
Especially as standard keyboards don't cost very much these days, it's not worth the hassle of trying to find out what's wrong with your existing one.
