Samsung Note 10.1 (Old-Wifi) Start up issue

I come from home and I see my tablet , showing :
Samsung GALAXY NOTE 10.1
It's been like this for hours now and I'm having a hard time trying to find a fix.
If I turn it off it shows the battery and the battery is 3/4 full , so this doesn't seem like a battery issue , it won't get past the Samsung GALAXY NOTE 10.1 logo.
I have not installed any additional OS or anything since I have gotten this tablet , it has been working completely fine until today.
I have a found a similar image of my problem :

Go into the bios while you turn it on and factory reset the whole thing "might" work but if ya wanna keep your stuff try rooting it in the menu back to old android these may work i have the N8010 and never happened to me in 2 years, you could boot it from bios that may work aswell
