Your broadband modem is experiencing connectivity issues - Windows 7 HELP

Hello all.

At least once a day I am getting the same problem - my wireless internet randomly switches to a limited connectivity and then I get the error message "Your broadband modem is experiencing connectivity issues" when I attempt to troubleshoot.

Any help?

Did you purchase your own modem or are you leasing it from your Internet Service Provider (ISP)? If you purchased it, what make and model is it?

If your troubleshooting states it's an issue with your modem/router, then I'd recommend contacting your ISP about the issue. Have you tried unplugging it for one minute and then plugging it back in to see if the issue remains?

The issue has been happening for weeks and it's ever since the PCs were changed. The desktop was swapped for a better model, but kept the same wireless card. I doubt it's something on the ISPs end, but worse case scenario I'll contact them.

Did you install the latest drivers for your wireless card when you installed it into the new machine?
