Windows 8.1 hangs when WiFi on board is enabled.

Hey guys,

Today I disabled my wifi in Windows' Device Manager and then Windows hung. I didn't take it serious so I restarted my PC, but then it hung when Windows was booting. I didn't know what happened. But after connecting dots, I went to BIOS settings and disabled WiFi on board and then Windows turn on normally.

The question is: I need WiFi to connect to the Internet, but everytime when I re-enable it in BIOS settings, Windows doesn't turn on. Do you have any idea what may be wrong?

Could you explain why you disabled WiFi in Windows if you need it? Can you delete it in Device Manager and then enable it in the BIOS? It should then find it again and re-enable it in Windows.
