I have ordered everything I need now for my mini Gaming pc, except the graphics card. I can't find one that is decently priced and is small enough to fit this tiny case. I am using a small build optiplex and it needs to have the same back end ports as this one here http://www.amazon.com/ATI-Radeon-Express-DMS-59-Profile/dp/B004QPR04O/ref=sr_1_47?s=electronics&ie=UTF8&qid=1431265242&sr=1-47&keywords=low+profile+graphics+card (since it needs to easily support dual monitors)

thanks for your help

Assuming you have at least a HIGH QUALITY 300W PSU or better, the low profile GTX 750 Ti is the fastest gaming card that comes in low profile... if gaming is your thing. They go for ~ $150
MSI: http://us.msi.com/product/vga/N750ti-2GD5TLP.html#hero-overview
Gigabyte: http://www.gigabyte.com/products/product-page.aspx?pid=5160#ov
Galaxy: http://www.galaxytech.com/__EN_GB__/Product2/ProductDetail?proID=517

They have combinations of DVI/VGA/HDMI/DP outputs. You'll have to see what works best for your monitors' available inputs.

Finding a modern card with DMS-59 and TV-out (HDTV ready) in low profile may be difficult. Does it have to be those two outputs? Since the DMS-59 is basically just carrying two DVI or VGA outputs in a single connector (requiring an adapter), can't the card simply have the more typical DVI, HDMI, or VGA ports?
