Laptop: HP Compaq Presario CQ62
OS: Windows 7 32-bit
I turn on my laptop and it works normally for some time and then it randomly freezes (everything on screen freezes and music stops playing) and few seconds after the screen goes black (but you can still see the light coming out of it which means it's still on). I have to restart it every time for it to work again.
The biggest problem I have is that I don't know if it's a hardware or software issue.
