If I have your region pegged right, you have a very limited selection of decent hardware choices when it comes to CPU coolers and Cases, even more so than with other hardware. If you're an Indian member and limited to what's available on Flipkart and Snapdeal, then the Hyper 212 EVO, 212X or 212 Plus is probably going to be your best and only real "budget" option.

If you don't mind ordering something in from Amazon or Newegg, then the Cryorig H7 is another good budget option, but that would kind of defeat the purpose of saving money. Any of the BeQuiet Dark Rock coolers are pretty good as well, and I believe they are available on both sites, but they're a little more expensive.

I currently have the Fx 6300 as a temporary cpu until I get the 9590. The stock fan is absolute garbage. I use the ASRock Extreme Tuning Utility to monitor my temp on a second screen while I game, unless I open my window to cool my house to 50f or cooler, my cpu temp will just rise and rise.

Either get used to shivering while you game, or get a better cooler.

Well I'm currently waiting for a LEPA 120mm liquid cooler to arrive in the mail, but at $80 it's probably more than what you need. I would just browse pcpartpicker.com's section of air coolers, and then look at reviews for different ones to see if anyone is using it with the 6300
