Designing a watercooled PC on the computer

So for a while now I've been planning on creating a watercooled computer, however I wanted to have some assurance that all my hardware would fit in the case i have chosen. Would anyone be able to recommend me a program that would allow me to design my computer?

could use a cad program i suppose

but its really not necessary its pretty straight forward as long as you know what size radiators your case can take

Well after I built my first computer, my all-in-one liquid cooler didn't fit by about 3-5mm, it collided with the RAM latches and i would prefer that that wouldn't happen again.
