750w CM PSU, or, a 620w Seasonic one? Which PSU is the best for my tight budget?

So, I've decided to with this build: http://pcpartpicker.com/p/jY2T7P
I'm based in Egypt, the prices on this list are actually almost always 50-60% higher, due to the exchange rate, customs, different supply and demand policies and many other boring stuff.

I will only OC the 290x. No crossfire or anything in the future either.
Might upgrade the card and the cpu in like 2-3 years, but that's it.
AND, I kind of want to cut on the budget as much as I can. and that's the only component left undecided, and open for change.

anyway..
for the PSU, I have some options:
I'll arrange them according to their price here, for higher to lower. Though the difference is not very big, every penny is needed really for some upgrades. Memory and SSD wise.

here we go:
1- Cooler Master GM Series G750M 80 Plus Bronze Modular PSU (RS750-AMAAB1-UK)
2- Seasonic M12II 620W EVO Edition 620-Watt 80 PLUS Bronze Full Modular PSU
3- Cooler Master G-Series G700W 12V 80 Plus PSU
4- CORSAIR CX600M 600w 80 PLUS Bronze Modular PSU
5- ZALMAN ZM700-GV 700w 80 Plus Bronze PSU
6- XFX TS Series 650W 80 Plus Bronze PSU
7- Thermaltake Smart SE 730w PSU
8- EVGA 600B 600W Bronze PSU (100-B1-0600-KR)
9- ZALMAN ZM600-GV 600w 80 Plus Bronze
10- Thermaltake Smart SE 630w
11- SeaSonic ECO 600W PSU

I\m sorry I gave you that many, but I do realise that it's recommended to have 750 PSU with the 290x. even though you can do with 600. But I want to forget about the PSU the next time I want to upgrade my build. Which actually will be a couple of years from now with hopefully way better power consumption, or I might just choose a GTX one then.

M Reda, that is a very solid build. Don't sweat the wattage too much. A solid 600w psu is MORE than enough power for those parts. There would be little to no power difference between an i5 4440 and an i5 4690 so don't feel like you have to get a weaker one from a power draw standpoint. The i5 4570 or 4590 are usually the best bang for buck.

The Seasonic -M12II 620W EVO Edition 620-Watt 80 PLUS Bronze Full Modular- or the -XFX TS Series 650W 80 Plus Bronze PSU would be great for your build as would the B2 EVGA you have listed already. Yes they are all three much better than the Cooler Master, Zalman, and EVGA G1 NEX models.

The R9 290X need a quality 650W PSU with max output of 33Amps or more on +12V PSU. Since you're on budget and at the same time need a good PSU that can power up your entire rig with ease, I suggest this:

So consider this quality 750W PSU that can produce a max output of 732W with a mammoth 61Amps on its +12V PSU:

PCPartPicker part list / Price breakdown by merchant

Power Supply: EVGA SuperNOVA NEX 750W 80+ Bronze Certified Semi-Modular ATX Power Supply ($64.99 @ NCIX US)
Total: $64.99
Prices include shipping, taxes, and discounts when available
Generated by PCPartPicker 2015-05-10 16:25 EDT-0400

This will be more than enough to power your card and the entire rig with ease. Cheers!

Please do not cheap out on PSU, as that's the one powers and decides the fate of your $1000 PC Components.

I see.
But this actually might make me have to lower my cpu even more, until 4440 or even 4430, and I really really don't like that..
And I don' want to move to the AM+3

Yeah.
I don't use that site though, rather this one, which doesn't offer the actual service of purchasing, but just the comparison: http://www.egprices.com/en/

Yes, but the minimum amount of wattage? I mean ok, I'll downgrade this to I5 4440.
According to PPP, this is estimated at 528w. So, if in my next upgrade in about 2 years I wanted to level up the processor the graphic card, without changing anything else, including the PSU, would the Seasonic -M12II 620W EVO Edition 620-Watt 80 PLUS Bronze Full Modular- or the -XFX TS Series 650W 80 Plus Bronze PSU -
be really a better option than the -Cooler Master GM Series G750M 80 Plus Bronze Modular- or the -ZALMAN ZM700-GV 700w 80 Plus Bronze-

The one you suggested falls under ""Tier 2" PSU list. And the one I suggested falls under "Tier 3" PSU list. So you're suggestion is better than mine.

Any PSUs that falls under Tier 2/3 are considered as "safe to use and stable". Your statement of "The NEX 750W isn't a good power supply.", may only apply to PSUs that fall under "Tier 4/5 list". So next time please use proper phrase that best reflects the quality of the product as well as your technical knowledge.

Ok. This does seem like a decent built. Though, now this exceeds my entire budget with a couple of hundreds. Without any ssd or additional memory power, and there isn't really any lower I5 here..

Well, that's kind of why I thought about it even one more time.

Because at this level, it's really stupid not to get the 970, as it's actually cheaper overall. That's only due to the lack of options for good PSUs here. For instance, that xfc actually have some sound problems according to some reviews, but ok. I can live with it. BUT, since now I don't need as much more wattage, I can drop to this PSU which is way cheaper that it makes up for the 970's price, which I originally wanted, in addition to the fact that my case now have more color consistency, it'll be cooler and a little bit lighter. If my budget got really tight there, I can also consider buying only 2-3 additional CM 120 sickleflow fans, instead of 5. Mounting 1 more front and two on the side, or just two on the side and complete the entire case later.
Thank you, guys!
