Budget Gaming PC Upgrade! Give Opinions On Build

So I have a really old pc and I want to upgrade under budget (as everyone) Just drop some suggestions! Current build

CPU - AMD Athlon II x4 645 3.1GHz
MoBo -ASRock N68-GS3 UCC
GPU -Sapphire Raden HD 6850 1GB GDDR5
RAM -Kingston hyperX 8GB (2 x 4GB) DDR3 1600
some random 480W power supply

the rest is not really important, So I want to replace some of there parts with

CPU -AMD FX - 6300 3.5 GHz (maybe OC) 6 core
CPU cooler - CM Hyper 212 evo
GPU -ASUS R9 270 2GB DIRECTCU II OC
MoBo -ASUS M5A97 R2.0
Power supply - No clue in a good one

Any help and suggestions are greatly appreciated

Id say until 400 euro (like 450 dollars)
and Thinking instead of ASUS M5A97 R2.0 to buy the ASUS M5A78L-M/USB3 which is like 30 euro cheaper
ooh and the Zalman Z9 plus case

This would be a lot better. AN i3 is much more stronger than an 6300. Same with thye 280

Thanks for the suggestion! the AMD processor is just a personal preference though and the Asus stuff, thats why i chose them. I will learn more about gigabyte and intel core i3 though!
