Solution
You will gain about 30% performance, so in my opinion it isn't worth it. Its better to buy a cheap aftermarket cooler and overclock. Either the Cryorig H7 or the CM 212 EVO.

Edit: The two extra cores can be useful if you do a lot of video editing, but in games you won't notice much difference if you Overclock the 6350.

You will gain very little performance, the performance of each core on the Vishera line is very low, and the two extra cores will provide maybe a 15% increase in performance at most.

You'd be much better off buying a cheap aftermarket cooler like the Raijintek Aidos, the CM Hyper 212 Evo or the Cryorig H7 and overclocking your current processor to as high as it will go. I believe that with this level of cooler, the FX-6350 will hit 4.5GHz, maybe more.

MMOs rely more on cpu than the gpu, because of all the physics and characters that appear and disappear on the screen at all times, of course it depends on the mmo.
