I am in need of help figuring out how to get my computer up and running again. Anything is appreciated

My computer seems to be running an ami bios on a msi 790fx-gd70 mobo with a nvidia gtx660 and 2g of ddr3 ram on one card. Also a 650w psu

Worth noting that only my second out of four ram slots seems to make the three long beeps during startup, and only occasionally even then.

I've already ordered replacement ram sticks to see if that's the problem but I'm afraid it might be the mobo too. What do you guys think?

I was looking for a guide on the beep codes for that board but couldn't seem to find one. That board will sometimes come with a debug LED. Does your's have it? Also it seems there are phase LEDs on the CPU and memory. I am not particularly familiar with these lights but if you provide the status of these lights, someone else may be able to help.

If you're referring to the 2digit display, it only shows me a "FF" code. And as for the lights, cpu_phase stops at 2/4, DDR is at phase 2/2, and sys_phase is 2/2. Lastly idk if its a phase light but my HDD_led flashes every 1.5-2 seconds. I hope it somehow helps.
Yesterday, i just tried turning it on (first time since the night prior when i had worked for hours on it to no avail) and lo and behold, it works just like that. Then, when i moved it back into the cubby, it stopped working ever since. I'm pretty sure i was gentle too. I've thought maybe its a power supply issue?

For now, I'm going to try cleaning out my computer of any remaining dust and reseat everything.
