I'm looking to stay around the $300 to $400 range. As for the software, I'll be running, Autocad, Archicad, Photoshop, and other similar programs, and yes, I already have windows.

thats a tough budget for a cad/photoshop machine. if you plan to upgrade later id go with the single 4gb ram and add another later but if not upgrading get 2x2gb also you want high ghz single core performance along with the ability to multi-thread. you may also want an aftermarket video card or a better onboard than what the cpu has. i will put together a build and link it real soon.

http://pcpartpicker.com/p/9MZjQ7 this will do amazing for you if you need a cd/dvd drive add $20 roughly. all new parts and able to do what you want as well as play some semi-current games at low to mid settings hope this helps.

yes but it wont be great you are better off with the discrete graphics card for what you want to do. you really can not do it with integrated or if you really want to u need a better APU than the one you listed. something like this

I'll stick with the first build. I'd rather have them separate, in case I want to upgrade later on down the road. Thanks for your help, much appreciated.
