Making this for a family member. They often do light gaming; nothing seriously graphic intensive and not at 1080p, web browsing and college work. Would the CPU be all good for this and if I was to overclock it would the motherboard be good enough?

Also, is 4 gb of RAM enough for what he plans to use it for?

Thanks in advance for help!

Basically looks fine.I would make some changes.I would pick another psu, also 8gb of ram.I would pick a little better motherboard too looking at overclocking.

Looks like this,

you can ignore the cooler, just added it because for the price it's a good option.
The gpu is better and cheaper, but for "light gaming" could this next one be good enough too,

For a case would this also do,

or

With some changes i gave could it look like this,

I would, looking at what is done with it,go for an intel option,no need for overclocking that way,
