Is it good enough for the system

I am preparing to build a new PC with the following specs:
Intel i5-4460
msi r9 270x
8gb corsair vengeance
WD 1TB
And i have a psu : Deer dr-8600 btx (600 W)
I wanted to ask if is it good to handle the system or not

Deer PSU is very low quality so I would not use that. Buy Seasonic, Corsair or Antec --- the three best PSU brands in the business.

Hi. You can get the r9 285 for approximately the same price as the 270x. The r9 285 is based on the new gcn arc

Hi. You can get the r9 285 for approximately the same price as the 270x. The r9 285 is based on the new gcn architecture. You can buy the msi r9 285(the one I have) form scan or the powercolor one.
