600W PSU on GTX 970 should be enough?

I have Maximus 6 gene and 6gb ram and gtx 970 (planning to buy ) and i5 4690k and i have CX600m is it enough ?

The GTX 970 is a very efficient card, it can be powered by a 600w PSU, even a Corsair.

Do you already own that PSU or are you planning to buy it?

Yes 600w will be more then enough for you rig.

you have 46 amps on the 12v rail so it should be enough as long as you are not voltage modding heavy overclocking your card

Hio Pitchblease (haha, awesome!), that PSU will be fine as long as you aren't planning on modifying the voltages of your GPU/CPU, assuming of course you aren't also powering like 8+ HDD's as well.
