since you mentioned a new power supply I would check your power connections that go from your PSU directly to your GPU. if the GPU is not getting proper power it can fail to respond and cause this bugcheck.
this bughceck is also pretty common with certain USB wireless ethernet drivers hanging a CPU core when they attempt to install and fail.

Just letting you know I think I solved the problem. I was just reading an article about this BSOD error and I just followed the steps. He just decreases the vcore of his processor. I did the same I decreased mine from 1.36250 to 1.32500 and I'm playing for 4 hours straight without a single blue screen
