Probably not no, you should be looking at about 700w. 650w minimum. Remember to get your PSU from a reputable brand like Corsair, Seasonic, EVGA, XFX etc. and not a cheap one

Maybe the GT 740 was a bit too underpowered. A GTX 760/770 will thrash it though. Was just trying to make a point that in 2015, this 6 year old card is way past retirement.

You're using theoretical benchmarks of a dual GPU card. Also remember that most games don't scale well with SLI. Also the 295 doesn't support DX11.
