Hi

My computer freezed and i turned it off by pressing the button.

I did something stupid, i looked from the back side and there was a red button 220v ,without thinking i switched it to 130 and my psu explode , white smoke came out, i opened the box and i noticed yellow liquids incide coming out from psu.
Do you think i fryied the whole system or only the psu, the computer wasnt working when i switched.

in psu specs i see( Over voltage protection: +3.3V+5V+12V, and FCC Part 15 Class B CISPR 22 Class B?CE.) if usefull. it was a cheap psu 25-30 dollars

And something else , a techinician can understand that i switched and tell me i lost the warranty for whole system.

Solution
The PSU is obviously dead
Other things may or may not be dead
And yes, a technician will probably be able to tell that is what you did.

You can't know until you get a new PSU.

There is no sure way to known until you hook up another PSU.

Oh, some of you folks crack me up, sorry dude. How does a PSU have a DANGEROUS switch that you can accidentally activate, maybe the reason why costs you 25-30. Most PSU would have that switch that can only be operated with a screwdriver and most modern PSU are auto-sensing, not even give you the option to manually make a mistake. I used to put a black tape on that stupid switch because once set, I never touch it again, it not like am transporting the stupid PC internationally back and forth.
