How is the keyboard and mouse compared to others in similar price range.

Also what would be the best m/k for under 40$ total?

I do have an older style PS/2 optical mouse and keyboard, are these actually much more responsive?

I have thqat set and it works great for its price. I'll probably get a better more expensive one later on but for its price it con't be beat. Just keep oily fingers off it. It is quite a missiopn getting that shiny residue off without damaging the paint job. The ps/2 is slightly faster but not enough to make an actual real-world difference.
