I've been trying to construct together, the best gaming pc I could get, without compromising the overall quality of the build.
Here's my build:

Now, I wanted to actually get the MSI H97 gaming 3, but that's just too much for me. So, goodbye awesome features and black/red incredible theme.

Anyway, here's what I can choose from, with the prices in Egyptian pound:
- Gigabyte GA-H81M-S2PT 515 L.E
- Gigabyte GA-H81M-S2PH 530 L.E
- Gigabyte GA-H81M-S2PV 530 L.E
- Gigabyte GA-P81-D3 520 L.E
- ASUS H81M-V3
525 L.E
It's a very very minimal difference there.

Those are simply the only 81 mobos in the market currently.
I don't intend on OCing the CPU, just the GPU.
I will add an SSD later.
USB 3? Well, I would like that ofc. But it's really that common yet so, not necessarily.

If they're all the same, I'll just take the Asus I think, looks cool somehow.

Few things ->

You can't overclock the cpu anyway
Overclocking the GPU won't push on the motherboard
do you really need a dvd drive?
4440's need almost nothing to run

My conclusion is you should get the one thats the cheapest, they are all incredibly similar. The asus has the edge, but not by much.

If you're not in a hurry, I'll compare and get back to you with the best option. Just wait.

I do need the drive, yeah.
It's not for movies or anything like that, but college does actually ask us sometimes to present some specific researches on a CD, and I kind of want it to get my drivers ready using the the CDs that come with the different components.
Overall, I never realized I do need one, until mine got broken.

Well, they're really close. I want to get the best one for that build. Don't know much about mobo though.
The case comes with 2 fans and takes up to 7 fans, I intend to max that out for the best cooling possible for future upgrades and so on.

I'll update the OP with original price for each in EGP.

All four gigabyte boards have better audio capacitors than the asus.
So among the gigabyte, I suggest you get the only atx board Gigabyte GA-P81-D3 as it comes with 1 x cpu / 3 x chassis fan headers. While all others are micro atx with only 1 x cpu / 1 x chassis fan headers. See the layout for 3 chassis fan headers.

Note:
Some user review highly recommend installing drivers from online instead from the cd that comes with this board. If you install drivers from cd, it may render your keyboard and mouse unusable.

Cheers!

Considering the prices you added. I stick my original suggestion of the Gigabyte D3. The extra 3 chassis fan headers will be nice so you don't have a bunch of molex to 3pin adapters when you start adding in extra fans. All that wiring can screw up your airflow.
