I want to build a PC that can run GTA at Ultra in 1080p with 60 fps. I guess 8GB of RAM would be enough. For a CPU I would prefer an AMD FX-8350 or if it's not good enough for GTA then an i5-4690K. The question is that what GPU is needed to reach these framerates at these settings?

Im using the asus platinum matrix gtx980 and I don't even get 60fps on ultra in 1080p unless I turn off MSAA. Everything set to ultra and MSAA 4x get around 50fps.
