And I mean the highest performance CPU, Not best performance per dollar, Or Best temp/performance ratio I mean best performance. that is all, thank you
8350. Technically its the 9xxx chips, but they are the same as the 83xx chips but twice as much. Just buy the 83xx chips and OC to the same levels like AMD does for the 9xxx chips.
Would a Cooler Master EVO 212 do the job and keep it under 60C under gaming load?
well i dnt think u need that cpu when 8350 is good enough and can be OC'd. CM Hyper 212 evo is not good enough u need water cooler like h80i that cpu gets too hot for hyper 212. Do yourself a favour save yourself stress and get fx 8350.

Probably not but depending on case/fans it may be possible but your best bet would be a Noctua NH-D series cooler or a Corsair H100i (or better) closed loop water cooler.

Alright.. I guess I'll just stick with the FX 8250.
Once you have good cooling then you can start OCing that 8250, im sure if (safely & correctly) pushed high enough it could easily compete with some of the higher end AMD cpu's. Just to let you know if you are still looking at that 9590, theres a version of it that does come with a closed loop cooler but im not sure how effective it is (seen mixed reviews).
