Hi, I do not have a very good internet, I have a very poor internet connection, that is not suitable for gaming. Now that I have been wondering, could I buy a 4G LTE connection to play on. I am in to titles like GTA V online, Battlefield 4 and so? If no, which games cant I play on a connection like that? Also will I be able to watch Youtube/Twitch?

Like wireless it greatly depends how strong the signal is. If it jumps back and forth between lte and 4g it is painful.

The average latency is higher than 802.11 wireless but LTE is much better than the older broadband like hspa+.

It works ok but it will never be acceptable to someone who plays shooter type games and can not tolerate losing ever now and then due to a data spike.
A better question will you be able to afford to watch video and play games on a LTE connection. You can expect to pay $10-$15/gigbyte for data. You can get some discount if you say buy 100gigbyte for $700. There is no such thing as a unlimited plan for a computer and the phone ones degrade your speed once you get past a certain level. Unless you are one of the lucky few who have a grandfathered verizon unlimited plan you will pay a fortune.

Assuming you get good signal video will run fine there is enough buffer in the application to tolerate the variations in the speed. Games depend on if you can tolerate the occasional lag spike in the game. Most run ok in good signal areas but because of the data cost I have only run games for very short periods of time.

Well, I can get a nearly unlimited plan for a fair price, my question is not if I can afford it, but can the games run it. I mean will it be the same as Wifi, or?
