What kind of FPS would i get in games on this rig?

What settings could I run games on and at what fps could I get on this rig

i5 4690k
MSI R9 280X
8GB Ram

Main games that I care about are Rust, DayZ, BF4, GTA V and Arma III

DayZ is pretty well optimized. Also a 280x will have no problems with Arma III.

For the newest AAA games, like GTA V and Far Cry 4. Just make sure anti aliasing (AA) isn't on and vertical sync (VSync) isn't on. Then at 1080p you should get 50-60fps. I know because I have the same build ;)
