Which SSD will do me better?

So I am going to be building a new computer. I want to start off with a 240/250/256gb SSD. I am going to eventually add a 2tb HDD later but this is all I need for now. So I am used to a 1tb HDD that is in my pre-built bestbuy PC. Will I notice a difference in which SSD I buy. Whether I buy a SSDNOW or an 850 Evo. Will it really matter? I am on a bit of a budget so every dollar counts and I could save like 50ish dollars. I am in CANADIAN CURRENCY. I am going to be mostly gaming but doing things like streaming league of legends and a little video editing. Thanks <3 Ask if you want to see my build.

The Crucial M500 is a pretty reasonable value as well:

4.7/5 average score out of 57 users. Also Crucial's software is fairly good.

I'd still recommend the Samsung 850 EVO as suggested though as it's maybe $15 more. They MAY be nearly identical in real-world usage and quality; I just can't say. I suspect either one is fine.

Update:
The Samsung 850 EVO has up to 520MB/s writes whereas the Corsair M500 has about 250MB/s max. I should also add that the Samsung drive supports "RAPID MODE" which can buffer to System memory. Benchmarks show way more performance in this mode but ignore those. I've never found a definitive answer on whether it's noticeably better (though I saw no obvious difference).
