Could be an issue with the filter driver virtualbox installs to access your host network stack and the CFOS internet accelerator driver. Try uninstallign CFoS internet accelerator 6, then uninstall virtualbox.

the driver shown in the bugcheck was
cFosSpeed.sys datestamp = 52efa97e = Mon Feb 03 06:36:46 2014

The Internet Accelerator from cfos software ( i would just remove it from the system)
http://www.cfos.de/en/cfosspeed/support.htm

not sure about the oracle software, I would think the uninstaller provided by oracle should work.
if you try to remove the software directly then it might get restored after you reboot. (restored from the hidden driverstore)
if that is the case you might look at this to remove the package from the hidden driverstore:

then you have to attempt to remove it using the pnputil.exe command to remove the package from your system. See link and give it a try. if the program runs as a service you might have to stop the service so the files are not in use.
(go to windows control panel, search for services and you should get to the correct section, then look at the names of the running services, and see if you can find the one you need to stop.
