blue screen error technical information stop: 0x000000f7

I havn't used my computer for 3days , but now Whenever I try to start my computer I had blue screen error technical information stop: 0x000000f7 and it restarts again ; but after I tried a few solutions like memtest and such I started having blue screen that flickers and the computer restarts immidiately ; safe mode doesn't work , windows repairs don't work either . I have a second system on my machine (ubuntu) and I'm using it now to post this .
What can I do to solve this problem please ?!

generally this is a driver bug and you would have to remove the driver from the system.

copy c:\windows\minidump\ and any file with .dmp name to a server and post a link.
it will contain the name of the bad driver, you could then find the driver and delete it so you can boot. or replace it with a working version.
