Will my P4-600W PSU be enough for a GTX 750 ti Graphics Card? And will it fit in my motherboard?

I'm planning on buying a GeForce GTX 750 ti and I just want to ask if my PSU would be able to handle it. It's a P4-600W model and it says that it has a Total Power of 500 W. Will my PSU be able to handle it or do I need a new one?

My Motherboard is an AsRock G41C-GS and I don't know if it will fit the slot (and I don't know what slot I have). Just tell me where to find what slot I have and I'll be sure to reply right away

On a side note, what about those V rails and Pin Connectors (I think this GPU needs a 6 pin connector?) ? I don't know anything about those and if anyone could tell me about them it would be very well appreciated.

Just tell me if I lack anything (and I'm sure I did)
Sorry about this I'm a total noob when it comes to PC.Thanks in Advance!

Solution
You have more than enough wattage for the card.
There are a couple things you can do:

1. buy that card that requires the 6-pin connector because it will come with an adapter just in the case your power supply does not have a 6-pin.
2. buy a card that does not require a 6-pin connector, typically these cards are single fan set-ups. They will do virtually the same thing it's just you won't get the better of the two of cooling systems.

Thanks for the quick response I'll be sure to check what kind of pin connector I have

I only have one of those open, well I have another but it doesn't look like a pin connector though. Maybe I can just remove the built-in integrated graphics card?
