Alright, so I have a very old Dell desktop that is on its last leg (which I can't emphasize enough). I really want to get old files (word docs, pics) off this desktop, but the monitor is not functioning correctly AND this thing hasn't connected to the internet in years.
Is there ANY way to connect my laptop with this desktop and retrieve the files? All I want to do is tap into it and get those files but I'd really like to avoid finding a replacement monitor or trying to figure out how to get it connected again.
