My daughter uninstalled the driver for the teredo tunneling pseudo-interface and her wireless stopped working, and the wireless light turned yellow. In trying different things to resolve it, the listing in device manager disappeared and we can't get it back. I don't know the model of the wireless card in this HP Probook 4545s. But I keep getting a code 10 with the drivers I do find (I was able to install microsoft teredo tunneling adapter - that one says "this device cannot start (code 10)"). So, I really think I need the pseudo-interface back, but it wasn't an option under the "find legacy hardware" in the device manager. I also tried rebooting the laptop, it didn't magically appear.

The Teredo Tunnelling Device is just a red-herring, you don't need it and it's got nothing to do with losing the wireless functionality, just an unfortunate coincidence.

If the wireless device is no longer listed in DM, it means it hasn't been detected because it's faulty, a common problem with some HP laptop models. The quickest fix (in fact the only fix short of returning it to HP) is to buy a USB wireless adapter and use that instead.
