My budget built components are :
Intel i5 4440 processor
Corsair 1x8gb ram
Graphic card - msi 750ti 2gb oc ( without pci-e pin, the one with single fan)
Motherboard- gigabyte b85m d3h
2tb hardisk
Corsair spec - 01 cabinet
Psu- corsair vs550

I have just finished this built but i have a problem when i try my first boot . Then, i plugged the graphic card out and then it boots up, leads me to bios. I tried disabling the integrated graphics there but doesnt work, as i exit put back graphic card, it just wont boot up . While the fan of the card is spinning the whole time. Please help as everythng is brand new i dnt know what is goin on and i am a noob in this field..i just know a few and built it.can it be insufficient power? Faulty graphic card? Thank you ..

Really noob question here, did you plug the monitor into the graphics card instead of the mobo? Just checking. Your power supply is more than adequate for that card. Also, to clarify, are you adding the graphics card before installing an os? I have always added it after. Not sure if that makes a difference.

It was so simple . All i did was as suggested, load os without the graphics card and install necessary drivers for motherboard. On the next boot up after os loaded, i put the graphics card, pinning the monitor to it and now its running. Thank you for the help @el_fenix . now i get to know so much more. I was nervous as it was my first built , now you boost the confidence.
