So I've been flouting around the boards for a few months now asking questions on Hardware and I finally came to my ideal Build. I'm going with a Intel i5 4690K, ASRock Z97 Extreme6, MSI GTX 970 4g, and a Samsung 850 EVO 250gb. So my Question would be what kind of FPS should I be expecting from games like the Witcher 3 and Batman Arkham Knight at Max Settings? or even GTA V?
GTX 970 + i5 4690K expectations?

Ive got an MSI gtx 970 Gaming with a I5 4670k(neither overclocked) and besides metro i have not gone below 60 FPS on any game with EVERYTHING turned up the whole way, even with tessellation,msaa, etc.
