z97s krait edition keeps rebooting cant intall windows

Just got my parts today and put it together and the pc keeps power cycling on and off i cant even stay in the bios very long, got half way through installing windows and it reebots the only thing i see is a a2 code in the bottom right corner. I tried using one stick of ram to see if it was that swapping out both and that didnt work any ideas of whats going on?

tried all that, took the motherboard back to microcenter and got a gigabyte7x-sli and it does the same exact thing i've tried 2 different power supplies and the same result. tried almost everthing you think of, so i think im going to return this motherboard as well does anyone know of a reliable board for 100-120?

Dude im pretty damn sure its an overheating problem and most likely it come from your cpu fan not being installed corectly or it doesnt have thermal grease please check it out and inform me
