Gigabyte ga-990-xa-ud3 rev3 RAM problem

I have problem to boot my system no bios splash screen, no beep code

motherboard gigabyte ga990-xa-ud3
cpu fx-8350
ram ocz3be1600c8lv4gk
gpu xfx radeon 5970
psu evga 1000 g2
Is there any case memory voltage causing the problem ? Motheboard manual says "4 x1.5v ddr3 dimm socket".....

anything in your mind??? please help

Try use the jumper or remove the battery to clear the CMOS, check the manual. And just using one stick RAM, and don't oc the cpu too, boot the PC to see you can boot or not.
