On which heatsink/fan side should my gpu be pushing out hot air or cold air?

Guys I have a problem.I have a EVGA gtx 770 sc w the ACX cooler.Firstly my card is heating up to 79 degrees in like no time and also I wanted to know the following - There are two fans and two heatsinks.The one closest to the back of the case is pushing out hot air , if I put my hand there I can feel it and on the other fan which is to the front of the box the heatsink is pushing out a stronger current of cold air.Is this normal?

79c is acceptable, considering 98c is the max http://www.geforce.com/hardware/desktop-gpus/geforce-gtx-770/specifications . The gpu core is located closest to the back of the case so that is where most of your heat will come from.

If it's getting too hot for your liking use a more aggressive fan curve and make sure your case has good air flow.
