Hi guys

I assembled my new system here is cpu confogu...

Proccessor :Amd 8350
mobo: asus m5a99fx pro 2.0
cpu case : cooler master force 500
ram :Corsair 4 gb x 2 1600 mhz
psu : corsair vs 550
gra. Card : msi r7 265
1 pre installed fan and 1 coolermaster sickle flow intake

I dint applied any thermal paste only original compound which was pre applied on heatsinc from amd

Now problem is proccessor going overheating and temp goes upto 65 c.

I set asus graphic setting on auto and in bios normal mode

I dont want to overclocking system

Solution
An aftermarket cooler is always recommended especially for the 8350 IMO.

What country are you??

As a rule the 8350's normally come with too high a stock voltage IMO,you can normally drop a good amount off the voltage & disable turbo core - you can sometime drop up to 10c doing this.

I'm not familiar with the board bios you're using though.
Run a prime95 blend test & let us know what CPU voltage is showing while its running - use either overdrive or cpu-z main tab.
If its anywhere approaching 1.4v you can likely drop a good amount.

Has any liquid touched the CPU surface or the heatsink side that comes in contact with the CPU? I had a similar issue with an FX8350 and the problem was some nail polish remover that had previously been used to wipe the thermal paste from the heatsink. I see you're using the original thermal compound, but I thought I'd bring my 2 cents to this issue.

Also, what temps does the CPU have at a cold start in BIOS?
Are all fans spinning? Is the CPU fan connected to the correct CPU_FAN connector on the motherboard - that should control its RPM according to the CPU temperature. Have you got another cooler to test? The stock heatsink MUST be able to keep the CPU running at decent temps and at no more than 62ºC while in full load.
Have you tried setting all fans to max speed in the BIOS to see if there is any change in whether the CPU reaches max temp or not?
Does your CPU reach 65ºC while in idle? Try reseating the heatsink. Also, leave your PC off in order for the CPU to cool down, then turn the system on, leave it in the BIOS and monitor CPU temperature. Once the system shuts down, quickly go to the CPU heatsink and check if it's burning hot. The problem might be the heat itself not being transferred from the CPU to the heatsink, so check that one out too.

EDIT: You mentioned you're not applying any overclock to your system , but some motherboards would overclock the CPU automatically, so please check the BIOS to see if the FX-8350 is running at 4.0GHz / 4.000MHz under some System Info panel. Make sure it's running at stock speed.

Is it 65c on load (games etc) if it is then that is fine though I recommend a better cooler to lower them a bit. If its on idle however I would reccomend taking the cooler off, wiping away the thermal paste with isopropyl alcohol or surgical spirit and applying some new paste.

The FX-8350 can get to 65ºC and would shut down at around 70ºC or so. 65ºC while in idle clearly shows overheating problems, especially with stock cooler and no overclock.

He never said Idle plus the AMD stock coolers are as good as nothing they just retain the heat. Another possibility is a stuck sensor, my fx 6300 often says silly readings which are clearly wrong.

Are the temperatures accurate, is this from BIOS? Stock cooler is more than enough to cool a FX 8350, it's loud but during load you won't even peak 60 C, if it's really hot or your ambient temperature is really high, then a aftermarket cooler is the way to go. However, the stock cooler is probably mounted wrong, or not enough thermal paste. Or in worst case air bubbles which you would have to remove the old paste and apply new.

thank u all for quick response

Well i did not used or touched any liquid
all fans are running
and yeah temp go up while play game or running heavy software like 3ds max or after effect

The 8350 will carry on right up to 80c odd before it shuts down.
Not a good temp though - 65c under a load isn't good either but not dangerous.

Only trust thermal margin in amd overdrive or the monitoring software that came with your motherboard
3rd party apps like speedfan & hwmonitor are unreliable.

Then that is fine, however it is still a little bit toasty but not dangerous to your system. I would recommend getting an aftermarket cooler, you can get them for £15/$25.
