iF anybody has an idea then please let me know

Android hotspot normally uses the wifi to acted as an access point to sharing the 3G signal, not a good long term solution and can get expensive depending on your mobile tariff, also slow.

If your pc connects to your modem via a LAN cable, adding a cheap wifi card and then share that as the access point and all your wireless devices can connect to that.
