So since few days I started to get a low GPU usage in all of my games, I am not exactly sure what caused these problem because it was working fine before and I was happy with performance (Computer is only 1 year old and all of its components). Any help? Adding screenshot down below (normally I had always around 90-130 fps with 90%+ usage at all times.

Check your RAM. Pull it out and check the pins, see if they are dirty, also check the slots. You can clean them using special solutions, Q-tips and special solution, can't recall the exact name, probably alcohool though (I am not 100% sure here). Or you can do it the old fashioned way by using a good eraser, preferably a higher quality one. Though be EXTRA careful, only do this as a last resort. I had to do it once, solved my issues, but it can damage the RAM. So be very very careful. First just check, maybe it's not related to that. I have a bad history with just any RAM I ever had, so this is my first suspect. AGAIN, do it at your own risk. I am not saying it's that risky, but you never know.
