GTX 780TI, i7-4790K, 16GB RAM 2400 MHZ Low GPU Usage = FPS Drops / Low FPS In All Game / Practically Unplayable

i7-4790K,
16GB RAM 2400 MHZ
1200WATT PSU
So since few days I started to get a low GPU usage in all of my games, I am not exactly sure what caused these problem because it was working fine before and I was happy with performance (Computer is only 1 year old and all of its components). Any help? Adding screenshot down below (normally I had always around 90-130 fps with 90%+ usage at all times.

  1. Check your RAM. Pull it out and check the pins, see if they are dirty, also check the slots. You can clean them using special solutions, Q-tips and special solution, can't recall the exact name, probably alcohool though (I am not 100% sure here). Or you can do it the old fashioned way by using a good eraser, preferably a higher quality one. Though be EXTRA careful, only do this as a last resort. I had to do it once, solved my issues, but it can damage the RAM. So be very very careful. First just check, maybe it's not related to that. I have a bad history with just any RAM I ever had, so this is my first suspect. AGAIN, do it at your own risk. I am not saying it's that risky, but you never know.
