Windows crashes after installing new ram

I have been running a A770DE+ with 4GB of ram. After GTA V came out I bought another 4GB of identical ram. After adding new memory, GTA V crashes. Sometimes windows or other programs crash as well. I ran some Windows Memory Diagnostics scans. I have switched up the memory and the memory slots to all different possibilities. The scan says that hardware problems are detected ONLY when I have all 8GB installed.

Hi - You are experiencing an all to common problem. Very often the same make/model RAM sticks
won't work together if not purch as a set in the same pkg.

Possibly Tradesman1 will spot this thread, he might have some timings/voltage settings you can
try in BIOS that sometimes work.
