Help with BIOS settings on new build?

Just built my first PC from scratch, so far Windows is installed and running fine etc but I want to make sure all my BIOS settings are as they should be for maximum gaming performance, I don't know a great deal about each BIOS setting so any help much appreciated.

Mobo: MSI Z97 Gaming 5
CPU: Intel I7-4790k
GPU: 2x EVGA 780ti SC in SLI
2x Samsung SSD's
1x Optical drive
RAM: 16GB Corsair XMS3 DDR3 (2x 8GB)

theres nothing in there other than overclocking thats going to affect gaming performance

if you dont know what stuff in your bios does i wouldnt muck about with it without reading up first or you may make your pc unbootable

Thanks, so there's nothing I need to change with respect to having SSD's for example rather than HDD's? Or nothing like power saving or anything with regards to my CPU. I'm looking for maximum performance.

only thing is ssd should be set to ahci which it may already be

its fine to leave power saving features on as the cpu will go to full speed as soon as its needed
