I am going to buy all my parts tomorrow, I am going to upgrade to an AMD Fx 9590 and 3 Sapphire Radeon R9 290x 8gbs. I will be using the Thermaltake Chaser MK-1 case (all fan slots will be filled with fans of max supported size) and will mount a 360mm radiator outside the case

Currently I am looking at using this cooler: http://www.swiftech.com/H220-X.aspx#tab1

for the 290x's I am looking at getting these: http://www.performance-pcs.com/swiftech-komodo-r9-le-full-cover-water-block-for-amd-290-290x-led-luxury-edition.html

and an extra 360mm radiator: http://www.amazon.com/Swiftech-MCR320-XP-eXtreme-Performance-Radiator/dp/B005XAGJTS/ref=sr_1_6?s=pc&ie=UTF8&qid=1431457283&sr=1-6&keywords=Radiator

and 3 fans: http://pcpartpicker.com/part/noctua-case-fan-nff12industrialppc3000pwm

Will this be enough to cool everything? If so, what are the best parts and liquid to get to put it all together?

Eh, I would argue that you need at least another 120mm worth of radiator. I have 2 of those Swiftech MCR320's...they are decent but not fantastic. Actually need to sell them off.

Fittings to match your tubing ID and OD. Do not get this confused with G 1/4 which is fitting thread. See the watercooling sticky for more info.

Distilled water. You don't need anything else. Distilled water performs best.

Well I recently decided that I am going to buy 2 of the 295x2's instead as I learned they are 2 290x cards in one and they come with built in liquid cooling solving my entire issue of turning that liquid cooler into a custom loop now that it only needs to worry about the cpu.

Thanks for answering anyway :3
