can't see files on hard drive in windows 7

Hey there, Nicholas.
Is that your OS drive? Have you tried to enable the show hidden files & folders option and see if you can find anything afterwards? Here's how to do that: http://windows.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/show-hidden-files#show-hidden-files=windows-7
You could also update your anti-virus program's database and make a full scan of your drive, just to be on the safe side. I'd also suggest take a look at this article: http://www.howtogeek.com/125923/7-ways-to-free-up-hard-disk-space-on-windows/, which has a lot of useful tips on how to free ups disk space and how to find out what is filling up your drive.
