cant play online games(doesnt connect at all),but can surf internet

so i could always play online games before but something happened with my internet so added an all_proxy variable and other stuffs and changed my internet connection to a proxy but when i tried changing it back i could only browse on https sites,well after using antivirus and cleaning my system i can browse normally now but i still cant play online gmes,tried using different connection networks bu still doesnt work, even turned off my firewalls but still nothing..help plz

If u mean is my antivirus on then no I uninstalled it when I heard it might be the 1 causing the problem

As a general rule of thumb, games don't support HTTP proxies. Very few games use the HTTP protocol.
