I have been running Linux on my second hard drive,and now I'm ready to put it on my SSD. However, I paid for Windows and that is what is on my SSD right now. So what I'm saying is I want Linux on my SSD and Windows on my hard drive without lossing any data. Thanks!

I think the answer to this is going to be another hard disk - it's cheaper than buying a new Windows licence. You can't swap the systems between two drives. Find a cheap used disk, just big enough to hold the system and store Windows on that until you can buy another SSD.
