Nice gaming/broadcasting budget build?

I've taken time putting together this list, and I think I've done an OK job. I'm still very new at this and need help here and there, like most people. I will be using this as my main gaming and Twitch broadcasting PC. I would not like to go over 700$ by much, and I wont be overclocking anything. Thank you for your time in advance.

CPU cooler: Added the 212 EVO since the stock heatsink is okish.
RAM: That ram should be fine, but going with higher speed RAM well help in the long run for only $10 more.
PSU: I've never heard about that PSU brand, so adding an extra $10 for an XFX 550W will guarantee you have a excellent PSU for the lifespan of your computer.

BTW...If your really on a tight budget, then you can buy the CPU cooler later.
