Hi there Lakata,

You can't really know whether your HDD is going to fail in 18 days for sure, but as it has lots of bad sectors, it can fail at any time. This is why, I would advise you to back up all the data stored on it as soon as possible.
I guess you can retest the drive with some other HDD testing tool and see whether you will get similar results. Most of the HDD manufacturers have their own HDD testing tools.

Regarding your cache question, I would say that you should have no problems with this at all.

Let me know if you have some other questions,

Welll thank u mate :D i havent checked my hdd with other programs only this one and the windows default one ... and i`m wondering for one other thing as well if i get the wd 64 mb cache will there be improvement in my gaming expirience ... ? :)

When talking about gaming, mostly loading times are affected by HDD's performance. So, you shouldn't really notice any performance difference(in case your current drive is 7200 RPM).
In case you get a new drive, you can try writing zeros on your old one retest it. This may slow the degrading process down.

Make sure your other components are good enough to run the game.
If your drive is 7200 RPM and it is healthy, you shouldn't really notice any difference. Though, as it is failing, getting a new drive will make a difference.(I assume that your system's specs could handle the game)

SDDs are noticeably faster than HDDs but they fall in a higher price range. Some users combine SSD(for OS and heaviest games) + HDD(data as movies, pics, etc.).
